Free plat offers isn't working

Plz any moderator of STS help me with that.I need a hurry respec n i completed some free offers from Nativex(for 3 plats) n it isn't working.I'm using a bad build atm.I need that 3 plats for respec.Plz help me!

Yes, some offers don't pay for a number of reasons. Sometimes it just takes a little longer for the platinum to be added. If it's been a day and nothing has been added, report your issue to support with email. I'm sure they'll fix this small matter.

I sent an e-mail for the support but they answered me with an automated e-mail saying that i have to wait because they are busy at the moment.
