I highly recommend making a new forum section for new players to ask questions in. They had this on the EVE Online forums and it was great, both as a new player and as a veteran so you can help people into the game. It will also help clean question threads out of places like "General Discussion" or "Suggestions and Feedback" etc. You can sticky common questions like "why can't I level past 13" and such and that will help.
