12/13 Dark Forest HELP

Hi i have completed the Dark Forest as far as i know but it still says 12/13 anyone have any ideas?

Once you reach level 15, you are able to receive a new quest that tells you to talk to "Rolfe" in Fort Blackstone. To complete that quest (13/13) you must purchase the Balefort campaign.

Balefort castle campaign you mean. Fort blackstone is the town for bale fort castle.
