    Default "talk to bayer" quest needs removed

    Ok so I get the quest but the winter event ended so I'm 14/14 but the quest event makes it 14/15. Pls remove the event quest.

    Indeed, I'm at 213/214 of total quests.

    This really bugs me, makes me feel incomplete!
