I agree level one, I tried viewing the helm on all of the different character classes and there is no animation due to the helm. The eyes definitely glow but that's just a single color and the color doesn't change or pulse. You do look scary fo sho!

Thats an uncrafted helm of presistance. Not sure if it's a vanity though :/
