After today's update my drops got better again,.
Back to FOUR locked drops in 30 minutes, now that's more of what I have been used to in the last few weeks.
Maybe my luck is back???

i've noticed slight decrease in crate intake, =\
I have no lepre but i get 1-3 locked every 30 minuites i get the elixer from shaz and klaas

How long did that take you?
If you are re-rolling quite often, but end up getting stuff other than crates, then it has nothing to do with the re-roll. If you arent getting a certain item, you're talking about drop rates. But your "luck" determines the chance that you will re-roll, not what you get.
