I know you are an experienced player, but I think the rules are a bit whacky. It is hard to tell the difference between a legit 3:1 KDR than a boosted 3:1 KDR. Otherwise, good luck on running your guild!
I know most of the boosters in 10-18. You can back your K/D up also, based on the fact that we have tryouts.
