Guild Booted/Banned List

Idea: When an Officer or Guild Master boots a member, that member gets automatically added to a "Booted" or "Banned" list for the guild. This list would look similar to our Ignore List. The affect is that the system prevents any person on that list from being re-invited into that particular guild. The Guild Master should have the option to remove someone from the "Booted"/"Banned" List.

Why is this needed? Booting someone from the guild is easy....keeping them out is much more challenging. Recruiters can unknowingly re-invite a member that has been booted. Even if a list is maintained by the guild somewhere outside the game, chances are that most recruiters would not check the list before recruiting someone.

One of my long lost ideas, glad you brought it up though. A while back we had a guy who was kept getting re invited... causing so much bloody spam. There was no way I could have ignored it, I couldn't even follow my pm I was sending. I hope this "banned" button gets added... As I really abhor spammers.
