Help - I hope

I'm hoping someone has an idea how to fix this issue - but I am unable to scroll down items like quests, friends, and most frustratingly -- the pets. I see the little up & down arrows, but they don't do much. Any clues. Much thanks.

Never heard about this bug before.
Have you tried to uninstall and then re-install Arcane to see if that helps, yet?

If not that's my only advice I can give you at the moment.
Don't forget to write down your email and password on a piece paper somewhere to not lose it when you re-install AL.

Good Luck, if it doesn't work could you tell which device you're using?

No. And I didn't even need to re-sign in (i.e., it remembered who I was). I'm using PC, Windows XP, Chrome app.

I really want to see my pets. lol

Ahh alright.
Well, I just tested my AL on Windows 8 and the scrolling works good for me.
Maybe it's something with your mouse? Are you able to scroll other things like this website with the mouse wheel?
