Chronicler is still a little vague.

I would word it something along the lines of this: Forumers who were awarded this title and are still wearing it may still wear it. However, it was removed to save forums space. So, if you take it off, you may not wear it again.

Also, I believe Ladyhadassa still wears her title.

As said there is way too little information on the forums regarding the CoA's - glad that you can clear things up.

Oh yeah, there are quite a few forumers left that wear this title, I know it from Conradin.

Glad that you have a pic of the Moderator title - I could not find it though I could have sworn that someone had simple Moderator as title.
