Regarding 2, to be honest not sure what you mean with that, sorry.

Have to disagree with 3, that's a huge reason why many people do not like AL due to the locked crates. It would make PL a pay to win game.

What do you mean with 4? You can open the map in PL and host / join campaigns.

5 has been always like that.
