I have gotten an Amy egg once from a silver pirate chest. You may want to get some more confirmation on this. Also for Kettle I have gotten it from the troll in Ydra Forest too in elite and I believe it can be looted from all the elite bosses from season 1 except for Bael and some others.

amy from silver pirate chest..but I or II..dont quite remember
