Best twink level?

Can anyone post the best twink level with gear and skills? Any help would be appreciated

If you are asking for dl...the best low levels are from 12-17...18 and 19 are not good because you get in lvl 20 ctfs and they can kill you very easily by lvl 20 skills (leap and vermin swarm). Instead of 12-17, 20-24 are good...now tell me which lvl u like...and i will tell you the gear and skills for both ctf and farm...and yes 36 is good...cuz itz the last level...now tell which level u like. ^_^

Mostly i do lvl 7. I do encounter some higher lvls like lvl 11 or so sometimes 12 but i usually avoid them.
20-25 is good. 11-17 good luck with eternal and white falconet.
