Guild Stash?

I'd seen in a few forum discussions on other sites making reference to a guild stash, or bank, being accessible to all members. That was the main reason I set up the guild for my friends and I.

Now that I've gotten the guild hall I can't seem to find it. It looks like all that's there is the npc that lets you access your personal stash.

Is there a guild stash?
...did I just waste $10 to buy the extra platinum to set this up?

Please help.
