Misleading Revive

Hello again!

Well, we all know that heart-pumping, breath-taking CTF match and the score is 4-4, and you are praying to win. Everyone is nuking everyone and the opp.'s bear has the flag. All your teammates die and it is up to you to tank 3 people. You put on MS, and you run out of mana, and you teammates are still on the ground waiting for rev. You see rev open but hit it, but somehow it goes through but misses!

How is this possible?

So, on chrome, I play a lot on my pally. This exact scenario above happens multiple times. I would hit revive and the giant rev circles would go, signalling that the spell worked, but it would never revive my teammates. No mana I guess, but how did it go through though. Did anyone experience this problem as well?
