Int / Str gear price question

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum. I've been reading and checking in the last couple of weeks and have decided to switch to a duel spec Int / Str mage.

I'm having horrible luck catching drops for the gear I need and was wondering if anyone could give me a rought idea of how much it would cost me to buy some of the gear I will need.

I'm a level 46 and will probably be going 127 str (unless someone recommends another setting).

I have the thoth shield but thats about it. Any idea of what price range I should be looking at to buy some thoth gear and also the str gear I will be needing (all non-level 50).

Thoth Gear (lvl 45's?) and Isis Gear are cheap... You can get them for less than 5k a piece on the Consignment Shop.

Do you have the stat-boosting items you need? There are many different one's that can work, at varying prices.

I don't really know if I do to be honest.

I guess I should research a bit more before I ask more questions.

Can I equip level 45 thoth?? Thought it needed to be level 40 thoth.

Is there any difference between the Jacob's of the rift stuff vs the Overlord's of the rift stuff? The items seem to have the exact same stats but the Jacob's stuff cost like 1/3 of the price. Is there a hidden set bonus for overlord's stuff?

Okay I just did the loadout myself... i started with low lvl gear like lvl 19 to 35 that can give me +7 STR. Once I did that I was able to use lvl 45 items and saved it as a loadout... From there I was able to switch to rift... starting with Helm first and then the rest... I then saved that Loadout... I can now loadout between and lvl 45 items and Rift set without starting with the low level items first...

Hope that didn't confuse you too much lol...

Your lvl 45 helm doesn't unequip when you try to use it as a loadout?

No my level 45 items does not un-equip when I use the Loadouts.

Weird.. Mine did.

I'll have to tinker with it again. Right now I'm using all lower-lvl items for my stat boosts.

What's weird is... we just got content update and when I went to use my loadouts it was broken... kept un-equipping so I had to use low lvl items and then work from there...

but my loadouts is saved again and switch from 45 to rift.. etc...

I guess it's safe to just save the low lvl items in case of content updates cause it breaks the loadouts

Its based on the order you equipted your gear before you save it. Because the saved layout equipts it in that same order. So ALWAYS Equipt your sheild first then your helmet. weapon and armor then don't matter as long as there not the first two equipted.
