I contacted STS suppor without entering a case I just straight up sent them an email from my email cuz their in my contacts should I wait for them to reply for file a case, thanks. Not sure they reply if I sent just a straight up email

Should be fine. I had to do this just recently since I had trouble sending a ticket in.
