Arcanes in Locked for low level ?

Hi everybody !

I would have like to know if it is possible to get arcane weapons (I know it is for arcane pets) even if my char isn't at max level (for example lvl 21 etc .. )

Yes, if you open locked crate not on 36, you can get mythic or arcane item.

Because last time I asked a max leveled guy, he told be that it was not possible for mythics...
So it mean that loots in Locked are not based on your level ?

When you open crates, only legendary items scale to your level.
