Where's the Profile Editor?

Call me ignorant but I don't see where to edit profiles...can someone clue me please? I'd like to change my profile pic and add a signature.

Go look at the topmost right part of the screen and you should see Settings and after which you can see somewhere on the mid left of your screen the option to edit your profile and siggy!
