Delayed expansion opinions

Ok all AL players you guys might have heard of the delay of the Dragon Enclave Expansion. If you havent, that's why i'm here. Spacetime Studios producers decided that would be best to postpone the update to mid_march so they can perfect on it more, and to ensure it's consumers will have no bugs on the game. They have also announced that you can expect a double xp weekend, higher the rate of some bosses to get achievements, increased rate of rare drops, and boost the AP count for those who try to aim for the Leaderboards. They have also said that they hate doing this to the players and will leave you with items. Such as the Scorch mythic pet the Singe Arcane pet, tribal vanities and Extra starter kits........I have posted this thread to get you guys or girls opinion on this decision.(YES, NO, MAYBE SO)

Well I can understand why it was done but that was a giant slap in the face seeing it was only days away but at least they make it up with all that double xp and stuff we are getting

I am fine with it. i prefer a smooth game without bugs and exploits..
And most importantly i can't really get immersed in the game till mid march cause of my exams at school.

So it is a Win/Win for me

While I agree that it's good to have a refined product rather than bugged Wraith Heart, glitched Krom etc, I don't understand why STS announced the expansion so early (2 months in advance or so?). It only further ruined the market that was ruined already by the events and helped nothing.

From farmer's point of view, this is the worst period in the game ever. Don't get me wrong, I love AL, but I see how difficult it is even to cover pot consumption for poorer players when almost no elite loot sells besides hard weapon maps.

Keep in mind that they are in Texas and they got hit with snow for the first time in ages. Going to the office may have been tough in recent and they were trying as hard as possible and remained optimistic about being able to finish in time, but they recently had a new idea to implement for the expansion and thus the delay.

I don't mind even if it has no impact on the final product. I'm patient. With the other legends games, you get used to playing with no certain goal - expansions aren't necessary to keep having fun.

Just put on Micah's song, and run random levels with some friends. All you need.
