quick but nooby question
I've seen players at endgame, have blue sparkles- 2pc- and be wearing green dragon, armor helm and the dragon itself, and have those gold sparkles. I know that the endgame sets dont give that effect out...
My question is can you wear Dragon and 2pc ring AND get both effects?
If no, then is there any thing more I can do with 2pc to help my stats a little more?
nope.Its just sparkle.but the ring do not stack.You can choose either use dragon ring or 2 pc ring.For awesome sparkle,people who have 2pc like to do that.Imo,you have good ring.But,if you want better ring,well wait the next cap.

The Dragon vanities give the golden smoke if i remember correctly, even if you are wearing the 2 pc ring so you might have gotten confused with seeing that.

Yea the ring doesn't give the sparkles, wearing all 3 pieces gives it
So yes it does "stack" sparkles

the way they had it before... it was possible. as in you ware dragon ring and elite vanites and get both bonus but now since its all in rings now you can only combine dragon with the 3 piece meal
