Fastest way to level to 41?

Im trying to get lvl 36 what maps are the fastest way to level?
Also where can i farm good loot to sell?

first u have to wait til cap is increased. Until then ur stuck at 36. O.o

Says in post "trying to get to 36" maybe title is typoed. Best bet pop xp elixers and run shuyal tower with 4 people. Cant get xp elixer? Run shuyal with tower with 4 people
