Tarlok raiment of potency - where does it drop?

Hi I was just wondering where tarlok raiment of potency dropped. Thanks in advance.

They dropped from Imbued Golden Chests during the past winter event, which means they are no longer lootable unless you find someone who is hoarding some of the Imbued Golden Chests and hope you don't get tokens. Probably best just to buy it if you want it.

No, Tarlok's Raiment of Potency is currently the best legendary armor for rogues.

What mythic are you referring to or just the one rogue chest?

The only mythic armor is lvl 31.
You can upgrade the mythic armor to lvl 36 if you have the lvl 26 mythic helm, too (which also becomes lvl 36); however, they become untradeable once upgraded.
