As said the Levels are POPULATION of classes in both PvP & PvE not the BEST in the Particular PvP or PvE

For everyone each class is better, for me even a Tank(warrior) won't die in elite, I don't use it because of low DMG compared to other classes, indeed I use mage, some people use warrior due to good KDR

Its a drama fest.

Honestly it is lvl 41 or Cap Lvl PVP as opposed to Twink or low level pvp.

Dosent metter which class you are using...
I just know 1 thing this game is nothing without
If u remove a single class mine fav. Is not because I m a guy its because m lazy..
And just want stand on a place and deal some dmg and protect party
Just my suggestion is to all new wars alway buy anything which gives u best armor and hp because dmg is nothing for a far just dmg works only in pvp
