My first suggestion ---to prevent acc being hacked or stolen
Stg,I hope you all can create this new system.
If someone wants to change their password or email,he or she must type a password which earlier set before.This can make our acc more safety,more harder for scammer to change pass.
What I mean is,it is better if theres a comfirmation pass if want to change any account setting.

Sorry to say, but this suggestion doesn`t make much sense. If someone is able to get to your account he obviously knows the old password.
It is just an example,maybe sts should make a system base on this reference.Better than none isnt it?

If people don't give out their email address, it makes an account virtually impossible to "hack". This includes not using your login email to register for guild forums, where whoever is running it can see your registration email. If you use facebook to log in, don't have the email of that account publicly viewable on your fb page. Logical things like this prevent problems.
