    Post Support team: How to register a STS account and contact them. [Guide]

    Part1

    *For random desclaimers*
    This guide will teach you first how to register a spacetime studios account then how to contact the support team from the STS environment or directly from your email address.


    A scammer just tricked you? You mistakenly liquidated a item? Someone compromised your account? stole your things? deleted your toon? You did a offer but didn't receive any plats?
    You are at the right place in this guide i will tell you exactly what to do when you need help only the support team can offer

    LET'S GO

    Once you are sure to have any of these three:
    • A working email address.
    • A facebook account.
    • A twitter account.



    Go to the Support group login page



    Name:  Login.png

    °•.•°•°•.•°•#1 CREATE AN ACCOUNT°•.•°•°•.•°•

    Creating your account with facebook or twitter takes a matter of seconds but with this method we can still reach our goal.

    1. Click on "create an account".

    2. Enter your email address and click "continue".

    A notice message will pop up on the top of the page informing you to check your email inbox for further instructions.

    3. Now it's time to validate your registration so log on your email address and check the inbox, you will find a message from STS similar to this

    4. Press "click here" and you will be redirected back to the support group page, now it's time to set your password and account name.

    Fill the missing spots and click "complete registration."


    5. You will be redirected back to the login page, don't panic you made no mistakes. Now enter the email address you used in registering the account and the password you just choose, click "login".



    *Congrats you just successfully registered a support group account




    °•.•°•°•.•°•#2 LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK°•.•°•°•.•°•

    It is extremely simple i actually recommend it cause of its fastness.

    1. Click on "Login with facebook "

    2. You will be redirected to facebook login page enter your email and password, login.

    3. Authorize desk.com as one of your account application.


    *Congrats you just successfully registered a support group account





    °•.•°•°•.•°•#3 LOGIN WITH TWITTER°•.•°•°•.•°•

    This is also extremely simple and i recommend it cause it is fast.

    1. Click on "Login with twitter "

    2. You will be redirected to twitter login page. Enter your email and password.

    3. Click "Authorize App". This will make desk.com one of your account application.


    *Congrats you just successfully registered a support group account

    So now you are registered. You would like to contact the support group and talk to them about the problem you are having, right?



    HOW TO CONTACT THE SUPPORT TEAM?

    °•.•°•°•.•°• DIRECT EMAIL°•.•°•°•.•°•

    Just send a direct email to the the support team at: support@spacetimestudios.com

    REMEMBER:

    1. If you have them, attach to the email some screenshots to explain your situation better.

    2. Write your toon name and the spacetime game where it was created.

    3. Maintain a friendly conversation. No matter what happened and how mad you are DO NOT RANT.

    Cases are opened when you contact the support team via your sts account.

    You can open a case by logging on your sts account, clicking on "My cases" and then on "Create a new case"

    You obviously have to describe the problem you are having and present it as clearly as possible to the support team, so give as much info as you can:

    Game Name: choose from the list the game you are interested in discussing about.

    Order Number: i recommend you to use this specially in plat purchase and offer issues.

    File attachment: You are permitted to attach to your submission a screenshot which can help to describe better your problem or prove your genuinity








    NOTES**:
    - Read AL official anti scam guide made by Zylx it might spare you unpleasant situations in future and lighten the support team work.
    - Regularly control your email address or case for the support team reply, don't expect super speed replies though it might take some time but a answer will definately come.

    Nice guide. But don't you have to email Nativex or Trialpay support directly if you are having problems with free offers? And when you provide them proof, then they'll email STS for the "o.k." to credit the plat. Unless their way of doing things suddenly changed...

    Yeah but just like in my personal case if you email Trialplay or NativeX and they keep beating around the bush you have to "report" them to the support team.

    It took NativeX 5+ months to give me my plats and if i had not contacted the support team i will still be there emailing them...
