What to invest in?

Well i invested in 99 locks, 5 ice queen vanities, 3 nordr warrior set, 2 rogue and 1 mage. I still have 1.5mill, should i just wait for arcane shards?

Lockeds won't rise. All of the players who will open them after the expansion is released, have already bought as much locked as they need. It works only with sudden events like mythic weapons weekend was.
