As far as i know, names are like identity of a player i mean why would any1 sell his identity for 40m,on the other hand why will any1 buy others Identities for gold? It will create huge confusion for buyer and seller... Lol

Because there are people with level1 toons they don't even remeber the password of that are hoarding the cool names, so if you want the cool names you must buy the cool names from the cool names hoarder.
