Level 50 Surname

I think at Level 50 we should be able to choose a Surname for our characters.

Special auras surrounding all level capped characters seems better. though it'll lag most devices (but it could have an option to turn off)

OT: it'll may the names too long to fit well on top on characters =(

I like the auras suggestion. Maybe characters that are slightly taller/bigger. Make them stand out a little when they visit cities.
