Yes, once your acc hits 3yr you will get the shield, same goes for the 2yr one.

Hey Samhayne I noticed a bug on the Big Luck hat. You know the 2012 Bigger Luck said "Chances are Greatly Improved. This vanity is same as 2013.

im pretty sure youd have both if it was made in december 2010. have you checked in game?

its not exactly considered a bug

A software bug is an error, flaw, failure, or fault in a computer program or system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways

If you don't understand that part, here's an example
I want a program that will create a "The Price is Right" game (We did this in our Comp Sci class a while back), with the MSRP being randomly generated, and players have to guess as close to the MSRP as possible without going over the MSRP amount. If there were a bug, instead of going like how i wanted the "game" to go, instead, i might get a AI that guesses higher than the MSRP and wins.

The % of luck in this new hat and the 2012 "Bigger Luck" are most likely the same

And that part i bolded, its just a description

Yes, it would be nice to get clarification on the luck-ness. I have both the Big Luck and BIgger Luck and was thinking of equipping my Rhino but if the new hat is only the same as Big Luck, i'd rather just swap the Bigger Luck between them.
