is that too low or something? because it worked fine before.

Solutions you can try:

1. Clear chrome cache, close other programs running and restart chrome.
2. Re-install the whole chrome.
3. Downgrade chrome to version 26 or lower.


It's bound to be fixed by one of these if it played normally until yesterday.

I had this problem at one point too. I fixed it by going into chrome flags and enabling override software rendering list.
in url bar type chrome://flags
Its the second option
