Okay.

so i was at lvl 13. that was like 3 weeks ago. I cant get past that cause my app won let me buy stuff.

i got money in the card. i even got a new account ( at lvl 1 ) verified account. still it says in app purchase disabled.

no. my phone isnt' jailbroken.

need help here.
