Medium luck?

I saw people with medium luck(smaller than big and bigger than small obviously). Can anyone tell me how to get one of those thx

Past big luck events, the ones you see now, big hats are the current big luck event hats, the others aren't available

Is that a female character who used "medium luck"? Big luck in female version was smaller than a male version

Females have smaller "Big Luck 2014" Hats

Otherwise, there is also "Bigger Luck" and "Big Luck" and "Little Luck", but that's for the past years.
