preventing low lvl players to join nordr is bugged

I was too low level to join nordr (less then l23). Previously there was a loophole in the game where you could join a player at nordr and get access to stronghold.
This has been patched, but this patch has issues.
I was in a party with high lvl friends whom have access to nordr. I tried to use the loophole, because i wasnt sure it was patched. This resulted in a few odd bugs.

Via menu > social > friends, there was no join button (patch works)
Via menu > social > party, there was no join button (patch works)
Via menu > social > guils > there was a 'buy' button (patch bugged)
Via the onscreen playername in party > popup menu > join (which is enabled) the game seem to get an invisible layer which makes the entire game not usable. The game runs, but it stops all interactions of the game (menus/chat/joystick/etc). Force closing game is the only option.

I tested it before the expansion and found this:
The loophole only works at level 15 and above. If you are 14 or below, it behaves the way you just described.

hmm, you making me doubt. i was around 15, not sure i leveled already or not. Thanks for the extra info, but it should be fixed none the less. Even for very low level players
