Prance for pvp/pve?

Is prance a decent legendary pet for player versus everything and player verses player? And why?

I like prance on my warrior. The stun is pretty good and the str and armor work well for tanking.

I think that Prance is beneficial for both types. It's surprisingly really good for most classes.
