A new L30-35 guild?

Recently i decided to go and pvp at L31, after a few days i started to get pretty dam good at it, and im making a lot new friends there now, so i was thinking of making a guild for the lvl range of 30-35, but i'm not quite sure yet, when I talked to a few people about it they said they would love to join my guild.

In 30-35 yes. I've had plenty of ppl asking to join that are higher lvls who either didn't pass testing or haven't joined yet but said they want to. Some ppl as high as l66 although we don't go that high.
