Yes. I'm not sure why it was changed to 5 min max but it's supposed to be 5-7 (shorter if it meets the requirements and remains stylistically sound).

It is ok if your video goes beyond five minutes. Since there are more topics to cover, no need to worry. This contest was refitted from the 2011 contest for PL/SL. In short, length is the least important part. Content is key! Good Luck and remember to PM me your submissions when they are done.
