I think we've tracked down why those items are not showing their bling at Character Select and the Avatar screens. It also looks like we can correct it in data and doesn't require a client update. We'll see if we can get it hooked up and let you know when that change goes out.

I'm pretty sure the same issue exists for the Kershal staff. It would be nice for it to show on the avatar screen too.
