What best gears and best skill for rog lvl8?
Also best pet?

The most common build is:

1/Shadow pierce
3/Aimed Shot Upgrades: Critical Shot and Deadly Focus
3/Combat Medic Upgrades: Effective Packs and Extra Packs
Put All Status Points On Dexterity

But I suggest experimenting with builds and not using the build that 99.9% of all rogues use at this level but
This build works perfectly.

Best gears so far is:
Shadow Guard's Hood Of Potency
Conquistador's Doublet Of Potency
Night Ocean Ripple of Warfare/ Cobalt Band of Warfare/ Sea Captains Ring of Warfare. Dexterity Version
Woven Pendant of Warfare

Best pet:
If you can afford, probably Samael or Glacian. It depends on your play style.
Malison is a good pet for its nice stats.
If you're fighting against warrior, it's best to use mana regeneration pets such as Ripmaw, Vlad, Flap Jack, Breezaga, Samael or Glacian.
If you're fighting against a rogue, it's best to use pets that increase damage if you are pure dexterity.
If you're fighting against a Mage, It's best to use Strength and Dexterity pets.

P.S It really depends on your play style. There is more builds, gears and pets that work really well but it really depends on your play style. Just experiment with anything that suits you.
