Help me stack effects Pls :)

Looking to create a build for around town that has max effects at one time(sparkle, smoke, fire, hearts, whatever).

They don't need to look good or be powerful it's kind of the point to look a little crazy. Only looking for items that can be purchased at the moment though with either plat or gold. Please list items that have effects without needing a set. For instance a helm with effect, worn with a weapon with different effect, with armor with its own effect, shield with, ring with, vanity helm with, etc. So you have like 10 effects at once in theory

If you have 2/3 piece, you could mix it with Custom Recurve set and thats awesomeness sparkles. I also put on my green dragon set and its hella sparkly. If you don't have 2/3 piece, I honestly think Custom/Ench/Fort are the sparkliest (is that a word?) sets in game. If looking for something cheap, I may have to think of some other items for ya.

Fortified set+dragon set+2/3 pc ring would make a lot of sparkles. Or if you want smoke and sparkles then demonic wand set probably would be a good replacement for fortified.

My cs outfit has been made illegal in all Alterra county for causing seizures so it's a good thing it can't be obtained;

You didn't mention what class or what build, that would limit some things. Check out some of those plat bought things like the flaming sword.

I'm dex/str mage atm, but might respec str/int so anything might work.

Good sparkle guide, but I'm not stuck on sparkles only just max effects going on lol

Paid 125 Plat if I recall correctly gives 4.5x Dmg during the event (?)

By the way, mystery set is good because it gives both blue and yellow sparkles. I know you said no sets, but I figured I'd mentioned it anyways like a noob.
