Mage lvl 41 build

i need a best build for mage lvl41 for PVE
Help me plz

I'm not saying this is the best but it is what I have at the moment (I only do PVE):

All points on intelligence

Skills:
Fireball 4/5 (no scorch)
Frost bolt 3/5 (no ice wielder or arc. shatter)
Shield 3/5 (no disp wave or hard shield)
Time shift 4/5 (no time bomb)

Passives
5 points in Knowledge, Might, Damage, Agility, critical shot
1 in durability

I don't like switching skills so I only have 4. I had heal before but switched to shield for elites and bosses.
Potions are cheap and are far better to keep you alive. Next respec I want to try to switch shield for lightening and go for full attack mage.

I was not sure what to do with the 1 point I had left last level up so I put it in durability but I might change it to hardened shielding next respec.
