I want kill creeps and boss easy and fast.

There are a few ways you can approach this subject depending on if you want more survivability vs all out damage. I listed everything in first to last order.

Best mob PVE skills:
Fireball
Time
Ice (decent)

Best Boss Dmg Skills:
Lighting
Ice

Best Defense/Survivability:
Shield
Heal (if you don't want to buy pots)

Passives:
Int
Dex
Str
Damage
Crit

Ice just decent? Ice+clock are the best crowd control skills for Mage especially in elite mode where mobs have a lot of hp

A Clock is a must! Ive been running on pvp build for a couple days and omg....i need my clock in elites....you can get buy without it though in regular!
