restore skill

I'm level 20 pure dex and i seem to be taking a lot of damage all the time so I'm wondering if the restore skill is worth spending points on? how much does it heal once maxed out?

It's usefull for leveling, also meditate, but you want to have blast shot and shattering scream when you can get it, Shattering scream mobs, and then blast shot them for major combo damage.
