Uhm. With in 4 hours I wanna say since that's usually with in the time frame for updates like this. Bug fixes that they dint catch are usually later but content is usually earlier.
Will it be a patch update or will i have to download the whole game again

Patch update. Apple store confirmation and in app store update is only required when making a big update like from 1.3 to 1.4. 1.4 to 1.5. Etc. I think this will be 1.5.8 or 9
Thugs on a droid. Idk how it'll work but I think he'd have to redownload the game
