Please fix warrior's skyward smash bug.

when i use charged skyward and when it land, it will make my warrior unable to move for half sec, this really suck in pvp or in boss fight.
is this normal or it is a bug?

This is just a normal, you charge the skill and you will land (earthquake happened when you land)
