How Do I Private Message?

I've already tried looking on peoples profiles but I can't find a private message button anywhere! Can someone tell me (or show me a screenshot) on where the button is to private message someone?

Mine was the same when I registered a forum account. It will come, just keep posting and you will have the feature activated soon. Welcome to the forums!
