Mythic Upgrade Glitch

Hello,

On Friday, April 4th, I got my hands on both pieces of mythic gear for rogues. I began to upgrade them, (through the Hermit). Everything went well up until the final quest. Once I went to turn in the final quest, my helmet didn't lvl up. So now, I am stuck with a level 26 helmet, and a lvl 36 armor. I wanted to lvl up my helmet as well, but all the npcs believe that I already completed the quest. I lost the opportunity to get any grand gems on my helmet during the 2x chance over the weekend. I e-mailed support 3 days ago, but there was no reply. I'm impatient so I decided to post this here in the hopes it would get resolved quicker.

was that "final quest" the collect 16 pieces?
was your helm in auction/stash/forge/someone's inventory?

Yes it wad the 16 pieces and hy helm was in stash

hey bro unfortunately i got the same problem 10 days ago , i mailed STS 3 times but nobody response it , i dunt understand why they dont reply me actually i ve no more patience and hope now...

Yes it wad the 16 pieces and hy helm was in stash

it only works if its in ur inventory, happened to me and they fixed it for me

ummmm sending it 3 times only delay the process for other people .-.
