In deed, there are two quests for the silver robes: the first one consist of renting a 2012 vanity (pirate mask, vular mask, etc) for 5 platinums. The other one was about killing mobs in any maps and gather something, like the tokens quest at Scorn Crusade Tarasa Colony. You need to gather 30 of them.

Okay, I forgot about that -- it was different in 2012, one of the pieces was farmed on low level maps by collecting tokens and the other was obtained from an NPC at Tarasa Coloney.

The Don't Panic Towel is a back vanity -- there are many colours of it, it was obtained in the Sci-Fi pack -- it was random which colour you got. The other items obtained from the Sci-Fi pack are the Non tradeable pistols you see around (they look similar to Hard 6s) and the Wheelie Pet (I don't know it's actual name, lots of people have it -- ask them.)
