Do you think they should release new arcane weapons for the premium weapon types? Also what stats and proc should the RainBow of Brutality have?

I pm'd an idea to some developers saying that the new arcane weapons should be player designed - winners get their weapon added to game and also get their weapon of choice. Just like the PL contests.
They thought it was a great idea and it could be used later on.

+10 and for this and the rainbow bow. I also would find immense joy equipping these items.
In my opinion, the 10plat raising bow of brutality is mythic/Arcane territory. It's got the +15 Dex proc, a sniping explosive arrow proc, and awesome fire animations.
