Pls. Help first time experiencing this cant log in using facebook it says cant log in to server check internet connection but im sure my internet is ok ive tried using my google account and its working pls help thanks

we have the same problem its been 24 hrs now but when i use pocket wifi i can play the game

Hello there!

If you're experiencing problems using the Facebook login, you might want to try the following:
1. Go to your Facebook security settings then in App Settings. Make sure Arcane Legends is listed there and that it has all permissions needed.

If it shows that the app does have the required permissions, you can try removing it (click on the name and tap the "Remove" option at the bottom). Then reload the game and try to login through Facebook again - it will ask you to give the app permissions again so do that and hopefully, you will be able to play now.

2. If you are in Chrome, go to your History page (Ctrl + H) and delete your cache. Then simply restart Chrome and load AL. Be warned though, this solution will make you re-download all the patches too so it'll take a little longer (5-10 minutes depending on your internet connection).

If you're playing from Android, you will want to clear your cache memory. You can do that by going to your Settings then Applications. Find AL, tap on it and then tap Clear cache option. Re-launch the app. Again, this will make you re-download all patches so don't try this without being connected on WiFi.

Which solution worked for you, removing AL app from Facebook or clearing your cache? I'm asking so we can get a better idea of where the issue is located.

You mean you can play through Facebook on your laptop but not your iPad? And yes, they did use to help with transferring your character from FB to email but I'm not sure they are anymore. You can try making a case anyway.

My connections ok since i can post lol and i can surf the net without probz just cant connect to al is all

Surfing the net and browsing the forums require much less "firepower" than connecting to and playing AL. I insist you try a different connection and ensure you have a strong WiFi signal if wireless.

Removing app info on fb and clearing cache on my tab i used both method it worked for me im able to play again for about thirty minutes but after i got dc again and cant connect anymore even if i try both method and i cant even use my google account too log in anymore thanks...

Hmm try deleting and reinstalling the app. You can also try a different Internet connection as well.

Ive tried reninstalling the app its still didnt work been three days now no AL cant join free respes and double token week pls help

My connections is ok now can play al again wohoo!! thnx madnex ur right my net provider gone crazy again haha but now its fine
